My vlog idea...

Me! Right before my week 2 Day 5 of the Couch to 5km running program :)


I have been so focused on my health lately that I've been absent in terms of writing in here. I've been thinking about adding some video to this blog. I thought it would be pretty fun to do a few 4 minute videos of my everyday health and weight loss journey. I would love to look back at the videos to see how far I have come, but most importantly I want it to help others in similar situations. I know watching other health and weight loss vlogs I've been able to relate, be inspired and encouraged by their hardwork and changes :)

I'm pretty sure i'm going to try it out, see how it goes..might be fun and it would let me focus on both food, recipes, exercise, health, and weight loss :)

What do you think?

I think it sounds like a great idea! I like it when bloggers share things like that and could see it would be really good for motivation...

Melissa- I love the new layout too! I played around with it and finally think I found something that is more me :D I totally agree the vlog project will help me keep in check and to share it is so fun :D How is the 30 day shred going for you?

Bitt- That is so true! Usually it is the other way around, luckily not this time :D I'm thinking I can get a vlog up sometime next week with footage from the weekend :D Should be fun!

Eleanor- Welcome! Thank you for the response :D I think the vlog will be such a great motivation for me and for others.

Blessedmama- I'm hoping to film things over the weekend and have it up next week :D Thank you for the feedback on the time/length, I was thinking 4 minutes is just perfect!
